We collect information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, country and message — when you request a test ride, place a configuration deposit, subscribe to updates or contact an advisor.

We also collect limited technical data automatically (pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type) through privacy-respecting analytics, but only after you accept our cookie banner where required by law.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, arrange test rides, process orders and deposits, arrange shipping and after-sales service, and — only with your consent — send product updates. We never sell your personal data.

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we process your data on the basis of consent, the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, and our legitimate business interest in operating and securing this website.

We share data only with processors needed to fulfil your request: Shopify (checkout and order management), shipping and freight partners, payment providers, and email delivery services. These processors handle data under their own compliant agreements.
