Shipping Policy

Every machine is hand-built after your configuration is confirmed. The Ship-by slot shown during configuration and on product pages indicates the build slot window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Your advisor confirms the current lead time before final payment.

Machines ship on a pallet by freight carrier to North America, Europe, Australia and most other regions. Delivery is curbside / freight terminal standard; inside delivery, liftgate or white-glove options can be quoted. Accessories ship by standard parcel.

Because freight cost depends on destination and service level, machine shipping is quoted by your advisor rather than estimated online. Your final confirmed quote shows freight separately before you pay the balance. Accessory shipping is calculated at checkout where supported.

International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added tax and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. Unless your order is explicitly quoted as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), these charges are the buyer's responsibility (DDU). Please confirm the terms with your advisor before payment; local tax and duty rules vary and change.

When your unit leaves the assembly floor you receive tracking and carrier contact details. Freight deliveries require an appointment or someone present; the carrier typically contacts you ahead of delivery.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer on delivery, as determined by the applicable freight terms. Please inspect the pallet and unit before signing and follow the transit-damage process in our Refund & Deposit Policy.
